Aim:

The Aim of Module 4 is to explore the ideas of reflective and reflexive practices and focuses on values-based leadership and workplace responsiveness.

 

Learning Outcomes:

• Select and apply an authentic and trust-based leadership model in a collaborative Healthcare setting while supporting the dementia client, family / whānau.

 

• Critically reflect on and evaluate personal aged and dementia care practices using Te Pae Māhutonga to improve and enhance personal care practices.

 

• Evaluate personal and community leadership performance in the gaged can dementia practice to improve professional competence.
